Akshay Kumar Jain is a fellow member of the ICAI and Designated Partner of the Akshay Kumar Jain & Co LLP. He is having experience of more than 7 years in the field of indirect taxes & internal audits. GST, Custom, VAT, Tax Planning, Compliance and Litigation are the main areas of his interest.

He is a regular faculty for his specialization at CAG, NACIN (CGST), ICAI, ICSI, RTI, ASSOCHAM, GJEPC, CREDAI, ISHRAE, Purvanchal Real Estate Association (PREA), Commercial Taxes Department (SGST- Rajasthan) etc. He has taken more than 200 lectures across 12 states in India and approximately 15 cities.

He is also associated with various industry associations, professional associations and social organizations which includes CII, FORTI, JSG ARIHANT, JCAG, TCA/RTCA,CAIT, Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce and serving the community at large.

He is delivering the daily Updates with the Tagline of "Learning to Share| Sharing to Learn|", across India.

CA Deepak Mehta (B.Com, ACA)

Specialisation - Direct Tax, Statutory Audit & Transaction Advisory
He is an associate member of the ICAI, having experience of more than 6 years in the field of direct taxes & statutory audits. Income Tax, Statutory Audit, Accounting Standards, Tax Planning & Compliance are the main areas of his interest. He is a regular faculty for RTI, ICSI and in various institutions and associations with various professional and social organisations. He also Possess comprehensive knowledge in Business Valuation, Amp, Financial Modeling, Tax structuring, Income Tax Assessment etc.

CA Harshil Kothari (B.Com, ACA, DISA)

Specialisation - Bank Audits, Stock Audits, ABC Audits, Revenue Audits & Transaction Advisory
He is an associate member of the ICAI, having experience of more than 4 years in the field of Bank Audits, Stock Audits, ABC Audits & Compliance are the main areas of his interest. He also possesses comprehensive knowledge in Internal Audits, Tax Audit & GST.

CA Pradeep Pareek (B.Com, ACA)

Specialisation - Internal Audits, GST, Bank Audits & Transaction Advisory
He is an associate member of the ICAI, having experience of more than 2 years in the field of Internal Audits, GST, Bank Audits & Transaction Advisory are the main areas of his interest.

CS Arti Goyal (B.Com, M.B.A, F.C.S, L.L.B)

Specialisation - Corporate Matters She is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She was also the Chairperson (2020-21) of Ajmer Chapter of NIRC of ICSI and obtained Degree in Commerce, Law and Management. She has more than 5 years working experience in annual compliances of Companies, Drafting, Approvals and other Company Law Matters like Initial Public Offer (I.P.O), XBRL of Listed Companies And Its Subsidiaries, Charge Creation or Satisfaction, Search Report, Incorporations and various others all related to ROC. Further she also deals in Import Export Code (IEC), legal opinion on takeovers, FEMA, ARBITRATION, IBC. Apart from this she is coordinating with various regulatory authorities like Banks, CRC,ROC.

Ankit Kumawat

He currently works as executive administrator and responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment. He possess excellent administration and IT skills. He plays a primary role in effective management of the organization in a coordinated manner to achieve a high level of functional efficiency.

Ramesh Kumar

He currently works as accounting manager. He also plays a supportive role in effective management of the organization in a coordinated manner to achieve a high level of functional efficiency.
